Clonal instability detected by TDS using BM in tMN after ML treatment. Homo sapiens

We performed a targeted deep sequencing using bone marrow (BM) samples at the time of malignant lymphoma (ML) diagnosis and tMN onset in patients in whom tMN developed after ML treatment. We revealed that tMN patients tended to have CHIP in BM at the time of the ML diagnosis; however, it was not associated with the tMN onset, while other clones was expanding.
