The zip file contains the data from the figures and supporting figures, as well as the R scripts used to analyse the data and obtain the plots presented. Each dataset and script are named according to the relevant figure number to which it is associated. More information can be found on each R script. Each R script can be run within the R project to reproduce the analysis and the statistical tests performed to support the results in the article.
