EO and O ceramides, TEWL in atopic dermatitis stratum corneum

The quantitative amounts of all bound O ceramides and EO ceramides in stratum corneum samples from healthy volunteers and atopic dermatitis patient. Data are quantified by LC/MS and corrected for the SQ-value (amount on tapes used to acquire the sample). The amount for each ceramide is given per volunteer. Ceramides are indicated per subclass and chain length, unsaturation is indicated by (:1).

本数据集涵盖健康志愿者与特应性皮炎（atopic dermatitis）患者角质层（stratum corneum）样本中所有结合型O-神经酰胺（O ceramide）与EO-神经酰胺（EO ceramide）的定量含量。所有数据均通过液相色谱-质谱联用法（LC/MS）完成定量，并针对SQ值（即采集样本所用胶带的承载量）进行了校正。针对每位志愿者，均给出了各神经酰胺的含量。神经酰胺将按其亚类与碳链长度进行分类标注，不饱和度以(:1)形式表示。
