Impact Factor is a flawed measure that says nothing about the scientific quality of published work. Unfortunately, many institutions still use IF in hiring, tenure, and promotion evaluations. So, I created a small list of open access journals with IFs. This list is not complete and heavily reflects my bias in publishing interests (experimental and computational physiology and neuroscience, genetics, public health). Still, I hope it will be useful to some in finding open access publishing options that meet their needs. Feel free to comment with suggestions. I will update this list as necessary.
