Mapping Survey: Questions and Results

In 2021-2022 we conducted an online survey to understand if and how people have used the Ambitions for Palliative and End of Life Care framework. The survey was open from Nov 2021 to late Jan 2022. We received 45 full responses (only full responses were recorded in the system). This file includes the list of survey questions and an Excel sheet of the responses for the closed questions. Free text responses are not publicly available to reflect the consent provided by those who responded. Funding for the survey was provided by NHS England and NHS Innovation (NHS E&I).

于2021-2022年间，本团队开展了一项在线调查，旨在探究公众对于姑息治疗与临终关怀框架的使用情况及其使用方式。调查于2021年11月开启，直至2022年1月下旬结束。我们共收集到45份完整问卷反馈（系统中仅记录了完整问卷）。本文件包含调查问卷列表及对应封闭式问题的Excel响应表。考虑到受访者所提供的同意，开放式问题的文本反馈将不予公开。本次调查的资助由英国国家健康服务体系（NHS England）及NHS创新机构（NHS E&I）提供。
