Death and Survival of Gut CD4 T cells Following HIV-1 Infection Ex Vivo

CD4 T cells isolated from human Lamina Propria Aggregate Culture (LPMC) were treated with E coli lysate and single-cell RNASeq was used to determine the cellular response in CD4 T cell in general as well as the in different CD4 T cell subset, especially from CD4-CTL cells. Overall design: CD4 T cells were negatively selected from LPMC and subsequently treated with E. coli lysate. Cells were then analyzed using scRNASeq.
