Motion Capture and Two-Photon (MC2P) Dataset: The following videos are sample behavioral and neural recordings from two distinct Drosophila specimens. They are displayed at their native resolution: the left panel shows the raw behavioral RGB video, while the right panel presents registered and denoised neural images. The behavioral videos have been resampled and synchronized with the neural data. The color bar indicates normalized relative intensity values. The calculation of F/F was previously explained in the Dataset Collection section.
Neural and behavioral activity was recorded using multi-view infrared cameras and two-photon microscopy, with tethered Drosophila engaging in free behaviors. Please refer to the following publications for more information.
