基于城市道路监控视频，识别无营业执照，未经许可在道路和公共场合从事流动性的经营行为，如用推车、三轮车、货篮子等卖水果、卖菜等，一旦发现立即告警提示。

Based on urban road surveillance videos, this dataset is designed to detect unlicensed and unauthorized mobile vending behaviors on roads and public spaces, such as selling fruits, vegetables and other commodities via carts, tricycles, cargo baskets and other tools, and will trigger immediate alerts once such activities are identified.
