A survey of career family conflict and job burnout among pilots

This study used in-service pilots from a certain airline company as a sample, and distributed questionnaires through online filling. Random sampling was used, and a total of 311 questionnaires were received. We conducted a survey on pilots using the Maslach Burnout Scale General Edition and the Zhao Xinyuan Dual Direction Work Family Conflict Questionnaire. MBI is divided into three dimensions, namely emotional exhaustion, cynicism, and low sense of achievement, with a total of 15 questions and 5 questions per dimension. The Work Family Conflict Questionnaire has two dimensions and a total of 11 questions. There are 5 questions on the impact of work on family and 6 questions on the impact of family on work, with the 11th question being reverse scored. Using the Likert seven point scale, ranging from 1 to 7, strongly disagree to strongly agree.
