资源简介:
Flammulina filiformis belongs Tricholomataceae, Agaricales, Agaricomycetes, and is rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals. It is considered to have multiple nutritional and medicinal values. FIP-fve is a small molecule functional protein purified from the fruiting bodies of F. filiformis, which belongs to the family of Fungal Immunomodulatory Protein(FIPs). Although FIP-fve has been widely studied and considered to have potential medicinal value for cancer treatment and immune regulation, its biological function on the F. filiformis itself is not clear. In this study, we jointly analyzed the phenotypic statistics and transcriptome sequencing of FIP-fve gene overexpression, FIP-fve gene silenced, and wild-type F. filiformis to elucidate the mechanisms by which the FIP-fve gene affects the growth and development of F. filiformis and its possible mechanisms.
