Raw, unprocessed characteristic X-ray counts for EDS spectra of "Ancient soft tissue-like structures resembling collagen protein fibers are nanoparticulate mineral artifacts". These are the characteristic X-ray counts detected from the entire region of the corresponding SEM images (for the EDS analysis), as opposed to strictly the selected region of interest.
