Circulating miRNAs in scrub typhus patients and healthy volunteers

The study carried out small RNA sequencing of the plasma of patients diagnosed with scrub typhus, a vector-borne neglected tropical disease and that of healthy volunteers. The expression profile between the two groups were compared to identify the differentially expressed miRNAs in the scrub typhus patients.
