资源简介:
Abstract: The dataset contains quantitative electron microprobe analyses of 42 "igneous" lithic fragments, 29 microbreccia lithic fragments, and 100 glasses of Apollo 12 lunar samples. The term igneous is in quotation marks to imply that some fragments appear to be of igneous origin, but their textures are now partly or completely recrystallized or otherwise modified during impact. The presentation of plots of these data and their interpretations are given in a paper by Bunch, Prinz, and Keil (in preparation). Electron microprobe analyses were made at The University of New Mexico and at NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, California. This work is supported in part by NASA contract NAS 9-9365 and NASA grant NGL 32- 004-063 (Klaus Keil, Principal Investigator).
