Spatial transcriptome of developmental mouse brain reveals temporal dynamics of gene expressions and heterogeneity of the claustrum

We performed a spatial transcriptome analysis of developing mouse brains to identify novel markers for cerebrum substructure and to investigate the spatiotemporal regulation of gene expression during development. Coronal sections of forebrain in two stages of developing ICR mice (E17 and P0) were subject to spatial transcriptome analysis with the 10x Genomics Visium platform. The libraries were sequenced by the Illumina HiSeqX platform with 150-nt paired-end reads.
