This dataset includes the Ips typographus transcriptome assembly and putative esterase predicted protein structures. Transcriptome completeness was assessed using BUSCO v5.5.0 with the insecta_odb10 lineage dataset (≥96% complete orthologs). Protein structures were predicted using ColabFold and best models were aligned in PyMOL.
