We performed RNAseq on total RNA extracted from kidney tissues from MRL-lpr micetreated with propionate and controls.We then performed differential expression analysis, meta-analysis, and gene set enrichment anaylsis using data obtained by RNA-seq of control and PA-treated mice. Overall design: Mice were treated with PA for 6 weeks and kidney tissues were used for RNAseq.
