HC-GEN-002 — Sickle Cell Disease: Vaso-Occlusive Crisis, Multi-Organ Injury, Transfusion Management and Novel/Gene Therapy (Sample). This is a synthetic patient-level dataset targeting sickle cell disease (SCD), covering genotype classification, analysis of vaso-occlusive crisis (VOC) and acute chest syndrome, multi-organ injury (kidney, heart, central nervous system, ophthalmology, liver, musculoskeletal, spleen), transfusion management and iron overload, as well as the full landscape of modern therapies—including hydroxyurea, L-glutamine, crizanlizumab, voxelotor, HSCT and gene therapy. This is a 500-patient sample of the full HC-GEN-002 product. The data is synthetic, generated by a calibrated simulation engine based on published cohort and trial statistics, and contains no real patient data. The dataset has 141 columns with a single-table structure, and is divided into multiple module groups: demographics and genotype, hematology and biomarkers, pain crisis/VOC, organ injury, transfusion management, novel therapies, outcomes and quality of life. The dataset explicitly states that it is not intended for clinical use, and is only for machine learning development, benchmarking, model prototyping and education.
