Dataset for: Modular architecture confers robustness to damage and facilitates recovery in spiking neural networks modeling in vitro neurons
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains calcium imaging data from cultured neuronal networks recorded at six time points relative to a physical injury: before injury (t00_pre_damage), immediately after injury (t01_post_00min), and at 15 minutes (t02_post_15min), 2 hours (t03_post_02h), 6 hours (t04_post_06h), and 24 hours (t05_post_24h) post-injury. Each directory includes the following files:- **ROI_centers_everything.csv**: First column provides the id for each region of interest (ROI). Second and third columns are the ROI's spatial coordinates (x, y) in pixels. If calibration is needed, the total width and height of the area covered by the ROIs is 6 x 6 mm2. - **spikesData.csv**: List of spike times in a two-column format: `neuron index` (ROI id) and `time` (in seconds).- **traces_smoothed_everything.csv**: First column is time (in seconds). Subsequent columns are the smoothed ΔF/F calcium fluorescence traces for each ROI. Note that the first row specifies ROI id. The data were used in T. Sumi, A. M. Houben, H. Yamamoto, H. Kato, Y. Katori, J. Soriano, A. Hirano-Iwata, Modular architecture confers robustness to damage and facilitates recovery in spiking neural networks modeling in vitro neurons. Front. Neurosci. 19, 1570783 (2025) to analyze dynamic changes in network activity, functional connectivity, and recovery processes following injury.
