Hazardous Waste Treatment Storage and Disposal Facilities TSDFs

These facilities are regulated under the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. NYSDEC is delegated to implement this program in New York. Applicable regulations can be found in 6 NYCRR Part 373. These are the administrative boundaries of these permitted facilities.
