Telemetry dataset: a practice-grown computer-assisted interpreting tool (2026-08-27 to 2026-10-22)

Companion dataset for the manuscript *Growing One's AI Tools: A Paradigm of Practice-Grown Tools*. The tool itself is open source: `github.com/omnigx/whisper_interpreter` (Zenodo DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22255011). Version 1.0, frozen for the manuscript; later deposits will be released as new versions. License: CC-BY-4.0. Original "commits_full.csv" are in Chinese, and a translated English version is provided for the convenience of any readers/reviews as "commits_full_en.csv". For any differences regarding wording/translation, the original Chinese version shall prevail.
