Supporting data for "Repeated independent formation of triploid lineages contributes to clonal diversity in Heteronotia binoei parthenogens"

This collection contains raw sequence data produced using DArT-seq, along with VCFs and .geno files used in the title study. Raw sequence data are accompanied with corresponding FastQC reports. R scripts, metadata, and command line prompts are also included in this collection.
