New College Library Donations Register 1843-44

The New College Library Donations Register 1843-44 shows details of donors, their locations, the books they gave and publication dates. This represents the founding year of New College Library, which was started from scratch to form the library for the training college for ministers of the new Free Church of Scotland. This CSV file contains an incomplete copy of the register, transcribed from the original. The transcription effort is ongoing.
