The data related to the article "Skyrmion-based logic gates controlled by electric currents in synthetic antiferromagnet" was published in the journal of Chinese Physics B. It contains some video file and numerical simulation result, which is described below:Firstly, we use Thiele equation to analyze the simulation results of isolated SAF skyrmion in this article. Then, we simulate the SAF skyrmion logic function by using of the Object Oriented Micromangetic Framework. For micromagnetic simulations, the standard magnetic material parameters are given in the citation. Write a program based on the material parameters to establish a calculation model and process the magnetic moment distribution shown in the results. Finally, using PowerPoint and Origin to organize the result of the skyrmion logic functions.
