The first focus group interview was carried out with eight school administrators. Quantitative data were collected from two different samples selected by multi-stage sampling. The first phase of the quantitative study collected data from 173 school administrators. The second phase of the quantitative study (N=193) was conducted in April-May 2021. At the last step of the study, we carried out focus group interviews with five school administrators.本研究首先针对8名学校行政人员开展了焦点小组访谈（focus group interview）。研究通过多阶段抽样（multi-stage sampling）法选取两份不同样本，以此收集定量数据。定量研究第一阶段从173名学校行政人员处采集数据；定量研究第二阶段（样本量N=193）于2021年4月至5月期间开展。在研究的最终阶段，本研究再次针对5名学校行政人员开展了焦点小组访谈。
