This dataset was generated in the frame of the co-operation between the Huinay Scientific Field Station (http://www.huinay.cl) and the Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Center for Polar and Marine Research (http://www.awi.de).实验方法：采用徕卡MZ 12_5双目显微镜、ColorView软成像系统相机以及工业显微镜专用图像分析软件「cell^B」。照明光源为徕卡KL 1500 LCD型光源。 本数据集由惠奈科学野外站（Huinay Scientific Field Station，http://www.huinay.cl）与亥姆霍兹极地与海洋研究中心阿尔弗雷德·魏格纳研究所（Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Center for Polar and Marine Research，http://www.awi.de）合作生成。
