This dataset contains protocols, coding forms, adjudication files, derived datasets, analysis outputs, tables, manuscript materials, and scripts for a methods and meta-research study developing a modular source-verification workflow for reporting-guidance item-set sources in clinical epidemiology. This version is the manual source-reopening verified Protocol-v4 package. It includes package-relative Protocol-v4 scripts, a run-all reproducibility QA runner, a fresh-unzip reproducibility report, completed manual source-reopening verification for adjudication-added strict-L5 rows, and auxiliary packets for Protocol-v5 source-frame rebuilding.
