资源简介:
The standard therapy for glioblastoma lead to fatalities, underscoring the need for more effective treatments. Natural products such as chrysin and lentinan, hold promise as anti-cancer agents. Their combined potential that may offer as a better anti-cancer agents remains unexplored. Current study evaluated the anti-cancer effects of chrysin and lentinan combination in A-172 and T98G GBM cells. The findings describe the synergistic cell death effects of chrysin and lentinan through activation of apoptosis which further leads to ferroptosis induction in GBM cells. Proteomics analysis reveals that the enhancement of metabolism and immune system contributes to apoptosis and ferroptosis-mediated cell death
