Data set of supporting videos to PTX-stroke study

In this work we investigated the consequences of PTX (90 µg/kg b.w.) pretreatment on cerebral blood flow by time-of-flight (TOF) angiography before, during and after unilateral common carotid artery occlusion (CCAO). The dataset includes supporting videos (for details see table 1) and spectrometer files (for details see table 2) for all mice analyzed in this study. Basal measurement was only done with "PTX" and "PTX+ligation" animals. To follow the 3R principles, mice for PTX+ligation+reperfusion were not analysed before PTX-injection in order not to have to expose the animals to a further examination.
