Raw data of comparative mRNA and miRNA transcriptomic analysis in Salmonella Typhimurium ATCC 14028 and its seqA and dam Mutants.

In this study,
global gene expression analyses at the mRNA and miRNA level were performed in
the biofilm forms of <i>S.</i> Typhimurium ATCC 14028 and its <i>seqA</i> and <i>dam</i> mutants.

This dataset
contains two zip files containing mRNAseq and miRNAseq data. Both zip files
contain 2 parallel raw data files of <i>S.</i> Typhimurium ATCC 14028 wild-type, <i>seqA</i>
and <i>dam</i> mutant strains. Word file contains a table indicating which raw file
belongs to which strain.
