Whole genome sequencing of Pseudomonas sp. C1. Pseudomonas sp. C1

Pseudomonas sp. C1 was isolated from the rhizosphere of Medicago spp. plants growing Rio Piedras estuary (Huelva, Spain), and it was characterized as plant growth promoting bacteria (Flores-Duarte et al., 2022). Genome sequencing of Pseudomonas sp. C1 was done using the Illumina platform by the company MicrobesNG (Birmingham, United Kingdom).
