X-Ray synchrotron diffraction data for the crystal of A. thaliana omega amidase (AGT1). The diffraction images were recorded on beamline 14.3 of the BESY synchrotron (Berlin, Germany) at 100K. The data was recorded in one pass of 180 images to resolution of 2.2 Å with crystal-to-detectorwith crystal-to-detector distance 280 mm. The direct beam position was; x=1560px, y=1541py, oscillation angle was 1° and X-ray wavelength equal to 0.895 Å.
本数据集为拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana,缩写A. thaliana)ω酰胺酶(omega amidase,AGT1)晶体的X射线同步辐射衍射数据。衍射图像采集于德国柏林BESY同步辐射装置的14.3号光束线,实验温度为100开尔文。本次数据采用单次采集模式,共获取180幅衍射图像,有效分辨率达2.2埃,晶体与探测器间距为280毫米。直射束位置为x=1560像素、y=1541像素,摆动角为1°,X射线波长为0.895埃。
