To identify which brain cell types are contributing to the bulk transcriptomic changes in Grin2a mutant mice, we performed single-nucleus RNAseq (snRNAseq) in Grin2a heterozygous and homozygous mutants and their wild-type littermates at 4 and 12 weeks of age. Overall design: SnRNAseq analysis of prefrontal cortex (PFC), somatosensory cortex (SSC), hippocampus (HP), striatum (ST) and Thalamus (TH) at 12 weeks, as well as PFC and HP at 4 weeks in Grin2a mutant mice.
