Data and Code for "Activity dynamics allow early discrimination of infection-related survival outcomes"

This repository contains the raw and pre-processed data files and the R analysis code used for the manuscript analysing Drosophila activity time series, early warning signals (EWS), random-forest classification, and permutation entropy (PE). The core analysis is implemented in an R Markdown document (rendered to HTML/PDF in the manuscript workflow).
