Expression data of H2O2 responding genes at Arabidopsis root tip

To identify genes that regulate root development in a hydrogen peroxide devendent manner, we performed a time course microarray analysis of root treated with 1mM H2O2. We isolated RNA of non-treated roots and roots treated for 1, 3, and 6 hours. To assess expression responses of proliferating and elongating cells, we dissected each harvested the meristematic and elongation zones of root tips separately.
