File Description King2019_DADA2.fasta Reference dataset as described by https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/4798P, but formatted for use by DADA2. full2025_DADA2_all.fasta Full hsp60 sequences of Vibrio spp. taken from Vibrio NCBI RefSeq genomes, with these criteria: Refseq annotated, excludes atypical genomes & metagenome assembled genomes N50 > 50kb Taxonomy check == "OK" >90% completion; <10% contamination Suppressed RefSeq files removed full2025_DADA2_nosp.fasta Same as above, but excluding those without a species name (i.e. excluding 'Vibrio sp. xxx' where xxx is the strain identifier). hsp60_all_refs.tsv Details of the full2025 hsp sequences (accession number, species, strain)
