Number of POS/EFTPOS/EDC transactions Vietnam Q1 2019-Q1 2023

As of the first quarter of 2023, the number of transactions via point of sale, electronic funds transfer at point of sale, and electronic data capture in Vietnam amounted to approximately 295 million, indicating an increase from the previous quarter. Previously one of the most cash-dependent countries in Southeast Asia, Vietnam has seen substantial growth in cashless payment usage among its population in recent years.

截至2023年第一季度，越南通过销售点、销售点电子资金转账以及电子数据捕获的交易数量约为2.95亿笔，较上一季度有所增长。此前，越南是东南亚最依赖现金的国家之一，但在近年来，其国民的无现金支付使用率实现了显著增长。
