In ore grinding and grading process, the detectable variables mainly include ore feeding flow (FIT2003), the ore feed pressure of cyclones (PIT2001), pump sump level (LIT2004&LIT2005), ore feed concentration of cyclones (DIT2001), overflow granularity (AT2001), the overflow concentration (DIT2002), flow-rate of overflow (FIT2005), and the amount of the returning sand. The controllable variables mainly include the amount of supplementary water (FIT2004) in slime dam and the rotational speed of turning pump (ZJB2DL).
