WGS of DR-TB isolates in Chennai, India

Whole genome sequencing was performed for 166 isolates of TB patients living in Chennai, India. The patient samples were classified as MDR by the available molecular diagnostic method. In this study, the diagnostic accuracy of the molecular test was compared with the WGS data based on genetic mutations identified in the corresponding TB isolates.
