Clinical research data of moxibustion for rheumatoid arthritis

his dataset is derived from a randomized controlled trial (n=65). It includes demographic information and clinical symptom measures (number of tender joints, number of swollen joints, duration of morning stiffness, VAS, DAS28, HAQ) at two time points (before and after treatment), as well as routine laboratory parameters (ESR, CRP, RF), serum inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-17A), key molecules of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway (β-catenin, LRP-6, WNT3A, GSK-3β), and bone metabolism markers (OPG, β-CTX). The data are stored in Excel format, have been anonymized, and missing values are marked as “NA.” This dataset can be used for evaluating the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatments for RA and for studying the mechanisms of bone metabolism.
