The files are number based on the simulation numbers #1-7 as described in the paper text and in Tables S3 and S4. Separate output files for human and rat lung simulations. dataScenario1-7 Aerosol measurement data from Scenarios 1-7. -> final All measurment data combined to MATLAB format i.e., a data.mat file/struct. -> -> preprocessed Processed ELPI and ELPI+ data as .mat struct.
