Data sets for several 3 to 6 component alloy systems: AlCrMnNbTiV, AlCrMoNbTiV, AlCrFeTiV, AlCrMnMoTi, FeNiCoCrMn, TaMoCrTiAl, CoCrMoW, CoMoNbW, FeMnCrNiAl, FeCrNiMn, NbMoV, TaVW, AlCrFeMnMo, AlNbTiZr, AlMoNbTaTi, AlMoNbVTi, NiCrFeWNb, NiCrFeWMo, NiCrFeTaMo, ReMoNbTaTi, ReMoNbVTi, WMoNbTaTi, WMoNbVTi.
