Data for Tomographer: An End-to-End Clustering Redshift Package

This repository contains the data products associated with Tomographer, an end-to-end clustering redshift package for estimating redshift distributions and probability density functions from angular cross-correlations. The spectroscopic reference samples are galaxies and quasars from Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS), including BOSS and eBOSS. The primary data products are large look-up tables, or “activation maps.” These maps contain pre-calculated pair-count statistics between every HEALPix sky pixel and the reference sources across predefined redshift bins. This release also includes pre-computed matter clustering amplitudes, the assumed cosmological parameters, and the estimated bias evolution of the reference galaxy samples.
