Microbiota of joint fluid samples from osteoarthritis rats before and after Ligilactobacillus murinus intervention - pseudo-sterile rats

This dataset contains microbial community data of joint fluid from a pseudo-sterile rat model of induced osteoarthritis. It describes the microbiota characteristics before and after the intervention of Ligilactobacillus murinus. This data aims to investigate the potential role of the intestinal joint axis microbiota in OA and the regulatory effect of PRP treatment.
