RESEARCH ON THE PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF WOMEN'S SUIT-FABRIC PATTERNED TEXTURES
收藏资源简介:
Abstract: This article investigates the physico-mechanical properties of new patterned fabric samples designed for women's suits. During the research, a comparative analysis of air permeability, moisture absorption, breaking strength, thickness, and deformation properties was conducted on five different variants of samples woven from yarns with various linear densities and spinning methods. Experimental results demonstrated that the surface density and thickness of the fabric directly influence the air permeability rate: samples with lower surface density exhibited high air permeability (479 cm³/cm²·sec), while samples with high density recorded a relatively lower rate (375 cm³/cm²·sec). Furthermore, the article presents laboratory results regarding the moisture absorption degree and wicking speed, which are substantiated based on the hygienic requirements established for suiting fabrics.
