资源简介:
This dataset comprises retrospective clinical and hematological data from 304 patients diagnosed with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) who underwent radical McKeown esophagectomy (R0 resection) at the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Fuzhou University, between January 2017 and October 2020. The dataset includes comprehensive preoperative hematological parameters, such as fasting blood glucose (FBG), absolute lymphocyte count (ALC), absolute neutrophil count (ANC), platelet count, and serum albumin concentration, alongside relevant clinicopathological characteristics. To enable a holistic assessment of preoperative physiological status, multiple validated composite indices were calculated, reflecting metabolic, inflammatory, and nutritional profiles. These indices include the albumin-to-alkaline phosphatase ratio (AAPR), albumin-globulin ratio (AGR), albumin-bilirubin (ALBI) grade, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR), platelet-to-hemoglobin ratio (PHR), neutrophil-to-high-density lipoprotein ratio (NHR), systemic inflammatory response index (SIRI), prognostic nutritional index (PNI), systemic immune-inflammation index (SII), controlling nutritional status (CONUT) score, and triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index. The formulas used for calculating these indices are as follows: ALBI score = (log₁₀ bilirubin [μmol/L] × 0.66) + (albumin [g/L] × -0.0852) SIRI = (neutrophils × monocytes) / lymphocytes PNI = albumin (g/L) + (5 × total lymphocytes [10⁹/L]) SII = (platelets × neutrophils) / lymphocytes CONUT score = albumin score + total lymphocyte count score + total cholesterol score TyG index = Ln[fasting triglycerides (mg/dL) × fasting glucose (mg/dL) / 2] This dataset provides a robust foundation for investigating the relationship between preoperative physiological status and clinical outcomes in ESCC patients, offering valuable insights for prognostic assessment and therapeutic strategy optimization.
