Qualitative Data Collected from Research Site: Sandy Hill Public School 2015-2019

This data set comprises all the interview recordings and associated interview transcriptions that were undertaken at Sandy Hill Public School as part of my PhD Thesis. Also included are some of the research notes pertinent to and used in the thesis. The audio files are the raw recordings of each interview undertaken at the school from 2015 through to 2019. The interviews were undertaken with three different principals of the school and teaching staff at the school from 2015 through to 2019 and are ordered from start 2015 to end 2019. The transcribed interviews are word documents and are likewise ordered from 2015 through to 2019. Research notes are included as word documents and are researcher notes from site visits made in 2015 and 2017. The thesis utilised the interview recorded data as the main data set for providing the qualitative data which was then analysed to provide knowledge and understanding on the subject matter and themes being explored by the thesis [leadership for change in the school context across three principal eras]. The thesis was a qualitative, longitudinal case study over six years and the data set belongs to, and underpins the research undertaken over that time frame.

本数据集涵盖了本人博士论文研究期间，在桑迪希尔公立学校（Sandy Hill Public School）开展的全部访谈录音及对应转录文本。此外，本数据集还收录了与本论文相关且用于研究的部分科研笔记。音频文件为2015年至2019年间在该校开展的每一场访谈的原始录音。受访对象为该校历任三位校长及在职教职员工，访谈周期覆盖2015至2019年，且按时间顺序从2015年初至2019年末排列。访谈转录文本均以Word文档形式存储，同样按2015至2019年的时间顺序编排。科研笔记同样以Word文档形式收录，为研究者2015年与2017年实地调研期间撰写的现场记录。本论文以该访谈录音数据作为核心数据集获取定性研究资料，随后通过分析这些资料，以期深入理解论文所探究的核心议题与研究主题——即"学校场景下跨三任校长任期的变革型领导力"。本论文为一项为期六年的定性纵向个案研究，本数据集正是该研究周期内所开展研究的核心依托与数据支撑。
