This repository provides original Visium data of GBM and IDHmut glioma samples used in Hoefflin, Greenwald, Galili Darnell, Mount, et al. "Spatial analysis reveals the evolving organization of low-grade and high-grade IDH-mutant glioma".Additional GBM samples were analyzed from Ravi et al. (Cancer Cell 2022, DOI: 10.1016/j.ccell.2022.05.009 ). Sample names for these samples should be converted using "sampleID_conversion_GBM_Ravi22.csv" in order to run with our github code repo.
