This study investigated the oral microbiota composition. 28 subjects were stratified into three distinct fat preference groups based on identification accuracy (3-alternative forced-choice method) and hedonic ranking (generalised labelled magnitude scale). Their saliva was then collected and subjected the 16S rDNA sequencing.
