Mass-lenght allometry database

We compiled a database containing information on the relationships between mass and length of individuals from six main groups of soil invertebrate arthropods: arachnida, chilopoda, diplopoda, entognatha, insecta and isopoda. This information was obtained both from the literature and from our own field sampling. In total, this database included 308 Mass-Length relationships (equations hereafter) from 47 georeferenced sites located all over the world, from the Equator to high latitudes, and from many disparate biomes. The must intensely sampled arthropods were arachnida (121 equations) and insecta (107 equations)
