Uncertainty estimation of satellite derived neutral density using data assimilation diagnostics

This Zenodo archive contains the processed datasets used in the study “Uncertainty estimation for LEO satellite-derived thermospheric neutral density using data assimilation diagnostics.” The archive includes processed thermospheric neutral density observations from CHAMP, GRACE-A/B, and Swarm satellites. The datasets were generated using the CTIPe model and the Thermosphere-Ionosphere Data Assimilation (TIDA) framework assimilating satellite derived neutral density from TU Delft and driven by solar wind and geomagnetic parameters from the NASA OMNI database. The files included in this repository are sufficient to reproduce the figures, statistical analyses, and uncertainty estimates presented in the manuscript.
